“I enjoy spending whatever time necessary with a client in order to learn what he or she wants to achieve. When I meet a new client, I do more listening than talking as well as asking questions because that’s the only way to understand a client’s goals.
I also realize it is our responsibility to provide the foundation for a real partnership with our clients. I do believe though that it’s a shared responsibility to discuss client goals, objectives and time frame not only in the beginning of the relationship but as an on-going part of the relationship.” ~Leo Mesa
